How to Create an Autoresponder in Linux Accounts?
You will be able to create an autoresponder as you wish. The following steps will guide through to create an autoresponder. Autoresponders are e-mail messages that are sent automatically when an e-mail arrives for a specific e-mail account.
Notes
Autoresponders are generally not preferred as it might keep replying for spams continously. This might end up in suspension of your account. Hence please be sure before setting up an autoresponder.
Autoresponders are most commonly used for an "Out of Office" style message to inform your correspondents that you are not available, without you having to reply manually.
You can have more than one autoresponder on one account.
You can use plain text or include HTML code in the autoresponder, and choose from a wide variety of character sets.

Notes
You must have port 2082 access enabled in your internet connection to access this control panel. Usually it is enabled, but if you are in a network and if your are not able to access this, please contact your network admin and enable this port.
If you access as www.yourdomain.com/cpanel it will take minimum upto 48 hrs to reflect from the time registration of the domain to access your cPanel.
[2] Supply the user name & password.
[3] To access the MAIL MENU, click on the Mail icon on the main screen of your cPanel interface.
[4] Click on autoresponders to enter the autoresponder maintenance screen.
[5] To add a new autoresponder, click on Add Autoresponder.
[6] Enter the email address for which you wish to set up autoresponses, the name you wish the message to come from, the subject of the email autoresponse, and the message in the respective fields.
[7] If you wish the message to be displayed in html format, check the box next to html message.
[8] Use the drop down box to select the character set you wish the autoresponse to appear in.
[9] Click on Create/Modify to create the
autoresponder.
Notes
If the autoresponder was created successfully, the following will appear--- Autoresponder Created name@domain.com was successfully created.
Tips
Make sure you are using a valid email address in the Email field.
Also, make sure you select the character set you are using in the
auto response.
You might not be able to access your email if your connectivity is slower.
If your user name or password is wrong, you will not be able to access your
cpanel.
If your account is suspended due to excess bandwidth usage or server usage, your access will be suspended.
